This two-time Leadership Excellence Award-winning program gives you access to strategies used by successful executives without investing in training that costs thousands of dollars and time away. The content is available 24-7.

Built around our proven leadership system, this program is designed with busy working women in mind.  Each module includes audio recordings, transcripts, hands-on exercises, and recommended resources. Participants complete the content and exercises as pre-work, and our Facilitator Package with train-the-trainer sessions prepare you to easily faciliate the program. Or we can facilitate the program for you.


Facilitated Group Program:
Purpose. Presence. Power.℠

This nine-month group development program (8-12 individuals) focuses on the three areas that drive results – Purpose, Presence & Power – in the context of what matters to individuals and the company. It includes four half-day facilitated group sessions and five one-hour virtual meetings in between sessions to help participants apply the content and get results. Individual coaching sessions can be added to further facilitate results.
